By car: Ski Dubai is located in The Mall of the Emirates, which is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the mall’s parking free of cost.
By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Mall of the Emirates station and access the mall directly.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
Child Policy:
- Children 0-2 years are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai for safety reasons.
- Children 3 years and above are allowed to enter Ski Dubai with parents/adults.
- Children under 13 years of age must wear helmets at all times and must be supervised by an adult of 16 years.
- The minimum age for Ski lessons is 3 years and 8 years for Snowboard lessons.
- For Giant Ball, the minimum height required for children is 1.0 metres.
- For Mountain Thriller, the minimum height for children is 1.2 metres.
- For the Snow Bullet Ride, children 8 years old and above or children with a minimum height of 1.20 m are allowed. Children must be accompanied by adults. The minimum weight required for - this ride is 30 kg and the maximum is 120 kg.
- For Slope, the minimum requirements without an instructor are at least Intermediate Level 2 for health and safety reasons.
